This weekend, we will spend time going back through the same passage and exposing areas of wrong thinking that we may have picked up from our parents or loved ones related to marriage. Peter’s letter will help us course correct and develop marriages that honor God and bless each other.
This weekend, we are continuing our study of the life of Peter. There was an incident where Paul had to correct Peter. Instead of bristling up, Peter not only accepted that correction, but goes on to praise Paul. It is difficult to accept admonition from others, but God often uses that as a way to course correct our behavior or our understanding. The title of this weekend’s message is “THE ADMONITION.”
