This weekend, we are taking a look at the ongoing process after the moment a person gets saved. The Christian life is about God molding us and making us more like Christ. Much like metals are refined and made purer, the life of the believer is a process of God developing Christian character within us. The title of this weekend’s message is “SANCTIFICATION.”

Having talked about the importance of love as a response to being born again, Peter goes on to instruct his readers that they must continue to grow in their understanding of the Word, laying aside earthly, sinful behaviors. The title of this weekend’s message is “NEW BEGINNING”.
This weekend, we will be looking further into Paul’s letter to the Philippians. He encourages them to change their mindset to that of Christ. In order to change a mindset, though, we must first understand what the mind is. This message will help us gain a foundational understanding of exactly what we mean by the “mind” and how it affects our daily lives. The title of this weekend’s message is “”MINDSET.”
Many times in Scripture, the church is compared to a body. It is composed of many members with different functions that work together for the good of the whole. The same should be true of the church, especially where men are concerned. Becoming spiritually mature isn’t just learning more about God; it’s about stepping up to lead by serving.
In this final message in the series “No Benchwarmers”, we will look at how the early church responded to its growing needs. We will also see how crisis became an opportunity to clarify the mission of the church. Let the Holy spirit guide you to find your place of service.
As our church continues to grow, we will also have to deal with opposition. The key is to prayerfully organize ourselves and continue the work God has called us to do.
