This weekend, we will be looking at the beginnings of the world itself. Having examined the first day, we will turn to how the waters were separated and what that means. The book of Genesis contains in its first few lines the framework for the entire world. As we approach the second day of creation, we will see how God created the space He would later fill with life. This weekend’s message is titled “GROUNDWORK.”
This weekend, we’ll be taking a closer look at the creation account in Genesis 1. In between Genesis 1:1 and 1:3, God creates the spiritual realm and angelic beings. Scripture tells us that these angels were so amazed at creation that they began praising and glorifying God; a response we all should have! The title of this weekend’s message is “BEGINNING.”

Having talked about the importance of love as a response to being born again, Peter goes on to instruct his readers that they must continue to grow in their understanding of the Word, laying aside earthly, sinful behaviors. The title of this weekend’s message is “NEW BEGINNING”.
