Onward by Dr. Abidan Shah

Joshua and Caleb are known for showing courage and steadfast faith in the face of difficult odds. The title of this weekend’s message is “ONWARD.”

Adopted Father by Dr. Abidan Shah

This weekend, I want to talk about more than just biological fathers. Throughout Scripture, we see godly men investing in and mentoring younger men. Perhaps the most famous example is that of Paul and Timothy, whom he refers to as his son in the faith. This Father’s Day weekend, I will be preaching a message on these adopted fathers who help guide us spiritually.

This weekend, we will be taking a look at how God instructs us to relate to our family. Jesus Himself encountered family that created difficult situations. Although He was the Son of God, He still had sinful earthly family members and had to interact with them. They questioned Him, didn’t understand Him, and at times discredited Him. His response is a great example of how to interact with your family in a God-honoring way. The title of this weekend’s message is “RELATED.”
Prodigal by Pastor Abidan Shah

This weekend, we are taking a look at one of the most iconic parables in Scripture: the parable of the prodigal son. Typically, people focus on the son who loses his way and squanders his inheritance, but there are two sons in this story. Each son communicates important truths that should give us pause and cause us to examine our hearts. The title of this weekend’s message is “PRODIGAL.”

Train Up a Child (Article) by Abidan Paul Shah

Repeatedly, the Bible commands us to treat children with the utmost respect and care. This requires that we understand that what they truly deserve and desire from us is right training. Proverbs 22:6 lays out the 4 non-negotiables in this process.
Training Part Two by Pastor Abidan Shah

This weekend’s message is a continuation of “TRAINING” from last weekend. We are continuing to look at God’s design for raising children. This week, we will be looking at Psalm 50.
