Adopted Father by Dr. Abidan Shah

This weekend, I want to talk about more than just biological fathers. Throughout Scripture, we see godly men investing in and mentoring younger men. Perhaps the most famous example is that of Paul and Timothy, whom he refers to as his son in the faith. This Father’s Day weekend, I will be preaching a message on these adopted fathers who help guide us spiritually.

Under God by Dr. Abidan Shah

UNDER GOD by Dr. Shah, Clearview Church, Henderson Introduction:  Lately, I’ve heard a lot of “I can’t believe what’s happening in our country” and “We need a lot of prayers as a nation.” I agree—It is sad what’s happening in our nation and we do need a lot of prayers. But, sometimes, I also hear things... Continue Reading →

Abound by Dr. Abidan Shah

This weekend, we will examine a very familiar passage in Paul’s letter to the Philippians. He is telling his readers that in every circumstance, he has learned how to be content. However, contentment cannot come at the expense of ambition. We must be able to be content while still moving forward in the race to which God has called us. The title of this weekend’s message is “ABOUND.”

True Gains by Dr. Abidan Shah

This weekend, we are moving forward in Paul’s letter to the Philippians. Paul is writes about His life before encountering Christ. Paul reminds his readers that the true mark of success for the believer is having a relationship with Jesus. The title of this weekend’s message is “TRUE GAINS.”

This weekend, our focus is on Paul’s command to the Philippians to be unified, pursuing God’s will together as a body of believers. The title of this weekend’s message is “SINGLE-MINDED.”

Gospel-Centric by Dr. Abidan Shah

Last weekend, I began a series through the book of Philippians titled “COMMUNITY.” Now more than ever, we need to be reminded of the importance of meeting in a physical location and worshipping together physically. This weekend, we are continuing in our series on Paul’s letter to the Philippians. Paul wanted his readers to understand that above all else, the message of the gospel must be the focal point in the lives of believers. It should be our true north, guiding us through the storms and trials of life. This weekend’s message is titled “GOSPEL-CENTRIC.”

Herald by Dr. Abidan Shah

This Easter Sunday, as we celebrate what Christ has accomplished through His death and resurrection, we come to the last message in our series "HOSANNA." The disciples themselves didn't earn such an honor because they were paralyzed by fear. The title of this weekend's message is "HERALD."
